What is a Credit/Debit Card Payment? FPL partners with Western Union® Speedpay® to provide an easy way to pay your FPL bill using your credit or debit card for a fee of $3.25 for each payment up to $400. Use your MasterCard, VISA, Discover card or PULSE, STAR or NYCE logo ATM/debit card. Make a Payment

How to make a payment

1. Visit the Western Union Speedpay Web site or call Western Union toll free at 1-800-979-3967. Have handy:
   • Your credit or debit card
   • FPL account number
   • Your service address zip code
   • The billing address for your credit card (must be a U.S. or Canadian address)
2. Follow instructions to make your payment. Overpayments of more than $10.00 will not be accepted.
3. You will receive a confirmation number immediately. Keep this number for your records.
4. Your payment will be posted within minutes to your FPL account.
5. Click "Make a Payment" to get started.
