FPL's Power Monitoring service is for businesses that are
- dependent on sensitive electronic equipment
- have multiple locations
- unmanned sites or
- facilities with refrigerant/ heat sensitive inventory.
How it works
A power monitor meter is installed at your electrical service point and records voltage conditions. When problems occur, the system
- notifies the Central Processing Center
- notifies your designated contact and
- forwards a trouble call to FPL on power outages for restoration.
You also receive notification detailing the date and time of the power interruption and when your power was restored. Benefits
