FPL E-Mail Bill^® is perfect for staying organized. And, it lets you:

• receive, review and pay your FPL bill from any computer with Internet access ... from home, work, or even out of town
• access up to six months of FPL E-Mail Bills
• review your bill inserts online
• get monthly e-mail reminders of payment due dates.
• save your bills electronically
• print them as needed, and
• choose your favorite way to pay, (including FPL Pay Online^SM or FPL Automatic Bill Pay^SM).

How it works

Each month, you’ll receive an e-mail that includes a summary of your bill information. It will also include links to your actual FPL bill and your monthly bill insert. You can choose to:

• click and view your online bill
• pay your bill from the link provided, or
• use another payment method.

After completing the simple enrollment process, you’ll receive an FPL E-Mail Bill with your next bill. You’ll also receive one last monthly bill through the U.S. Mail. This will advise you that your paper bill will no longer be mailed and your next bill will be sent via FPL E-Mail Bill.

Enrolling

Enrolling is easy. You just need:

• Internet access
• an e-mail address
• your FPL account number, and
• the Social Security, Social Insurance, or Tax ID number for your account.

FPL payment options

Now you have the flexibility of combining your FPL E-Mail Bill with electronic payment methods. For example, you can receive an e-mail bill and combine it with these options:

• FPL Automatic Bill Pay -- Your bill will always be paid on time, and on the date you select during the qualifying period.
• FPL Pay Online-- The flexibility to make payments at FPL.com; one time, two times, or every time, and all with same day posting.
• FPL Pay By Phone -- call in your payment and it will be credited to your account within minutes.
