With FPL Pay Online, you can pay your bill now or schedule a future payment. The choice is yours. And since your payment is made electronically, you can rest assured that your payment will arrive securely and on time.

When to use FPL Pay Online

FPL Pay Online lets you decide when and how much you want to pay. (But keep in mind that the full bill amount should be paid by the bill due date.) You can use it once, or any month you choose. Pay online when you:

Forget to mail your payment, or
Don't want to drive to a payment location to pay your bill.

How FPL Pay Online works

By enrolling in FPL Pay Online today, you can pay your bill immediately. FPL will debit your bank account and credit your payment to your FPL account within minutes.

Note: When you use FPL Pay Online, we will provide you with an immediate online confirmation and a follow-up e-mail.

To enroll in FPL Pay Online

Enrolling in the FPL Pay Online program couldn’t be easier! Just log in with your user ID and password. If you haven’t registered yet, you’ll be asked to complete a one-time registration. You’ll need your FPL account number and the last six digits of the Social Security or tax ID number associated with your account.

Next, enter the following information: your U.S. bank account number; your bank route - transit number (have your check handy); and your e-mail address. Enroll now in our FPL Pay Online service.

Note: Please contact your bank to verify your bank information before you enroll. Banks display checking account numbers differently on checks.

Ready to make an FPL Pay Online payment? Simply:

Log in with your user ID and password
Select Pay Now or Schedule Future Payment *
Select the amount you want to pay, and
Click “Submit.”

Note: It is not necessary to re-enter your bank account information after you enroll the first time.

* Scheduled future payment may only be used to pay current charges up to your due date. All past due charges must be paid prior to using this feature.
