Pay Agents
Authorized Walk-in Payment Locations are conveniently located throughout our service territory. Some locations may charge a $1.50 fee. The fee covers the Pay Agent’s cost to process a payment. FPL receives no portion of this fee.
Important: Some businesses offer to send your payment to FPL on your behalf for a fee without being authorized by FPL. Use of these unauthorized payment options may result in a delay of up to 7 business days for payment to post to your FPL account.
FPL Automatic Bill Pay®
The automatic, stress-free way to pay your bill on time every month using your bank account – a free service.
The options above are the only payment methods FPL accepts. FPL DOES NOT accept payment in the form of prepaid cards, gift cards, cryptocurrency or wire transfers through services such as MoneyPak, Zelle or Venmo.
