How do I change my email address?

Simply update your email address in the field above, then click Save Changes.

Your email address will be updated on all accounts currently selected.

You can also change it by going to your contact information on the All Accounts page.  Choose the accounts you would like to update and then click the Update Contact Info button in the action footer.

Why am I not receiving my FPL eBill notification?

To ensure you receive your eBill notification:

  • Confirm your email address.  You can verify your email address across all your accounts on the All Accounts page.
  • Add FPL_Email_Bill@billing.fpl.com to your safe senders.  This will prevent the email from being filtered into a spam or junk mail folder.
  • Check if your mailbox is full.  If you have reached your mailbox quota, you may not be able to receive additional email.

How do I discontinue FPL eBill?

As you know, FPL eBill offers many benefits enjoyed by millions of people like yourself that have already made the switch.

  • Securely view, download or pay your bill whenever and wherever you are
  • Electronic notices when your bill is ready
  • View and print up to 24 months of bill statements
  • Your personal information is secure and protected
  • Electronic reminders in case you miss a payment

Additional options to receive notifications via email, text message and/or mobile push notifications

While we encourage you not to, you can discontinue from FPL eBill by modifying your eBill enrollment status above.

Discontinuing would result in receiving only paper bills for all the accounts selected moving forward.

Why can't I view my email?

Email and mobile device technology is rapidly evolving, and we make every effort to comply with all email standards and ensure that our emails are compatible with the widest variety of email clients and devices possible.  If you are having trouble viewing the email, try opening it from another device, or in another client or browser.
