How do I make a payment using Guest Pay?

  1. Visit the Speedpay® website (FPL region | FPL Northwest FL region) or call 800-979-3967 (FPL region) or 833-702-0075 (FPL Northwest region).
  2. Enter the FPL account number and the service address zip code of the account you want to pay
  3. Enter the amount you want to pay
    (Note: Overpayments of more than $10 will not be accepted)
  4. Enter your credit or debit card details (Note: billing address must be U.S. or Canadian address)
  5. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided
  6. Your payment will be posted within minutes to the FPL account

What information is required to make a payment?

  • FPL account number and service address zip code of the account you want to pay
  • The amount you wish to pay
  • Credit or debit card information for payment

What payment methods are accepted?

  • The following credit cards are accepted:
    Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover® or American Express®
  • You can also pay using your ATM/Debit card with a STAR, NYCE, ACCEL or PULSE logo from a financial institution that’s enrolled in the PIN-less ATM Bill Payment Program*
  • The billing address for your card must be a U.S. or Canadian address

*The PIN-less ATM program allows a customer to use their ATM/debit card without requiring a pin. Please contact your financial institution if you have questions about the program. 

How quickly will the payment post to the account?

  • You will receive a confirmation number immediately upon making the payment
  • Your payment will be posted within minutes to the FPL account
