Meet Charlotte Miller
Charlotte Miller is an Area External Affairs Manager, for Florida Power & Light Company, a subsidiary of Next Era Energy, Inc. (NYSE:NEE).
Ms. Miller joined FPL after earning a BS in Business Administration from Auburn University. She has held positions in Customer Service, Human Resources, Power Systems, Commercial/Industrial and External Affairs. She currently handles governmental affairs and community relations for Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hendry and Glades counties.
Ms. Miller currently serves on the boards of United Way of Charlotte County as president, Community Cooperative as vice-chair, United Way of Lee, Hendry, Glades and Okeechobee Counties, Hendry County Economic Development Council, and the Edison Festival of Light. She is also a member of the SW Florida League of Cities.
Charlotte and her daughter, Lily, reside in Fort Myers, Florida. She enjoys raising her daughter, spending time with family, travel, and civic involvement.
Meet Tal Berman
Tal Berman is a senior project manager for FPL development. He joined the company in March 2022 after serving in the U.S. Air Force for seven years. As a decorated officer, he served overseas while supporting multiple deployments.
Tal received his Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from Florida International University and continued his studies at American Military University where he received a Master of Arts in Intelligence Studies. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, being in the outdoors, cooking and playing bass.
