Meet Tracy Andrews

Tracy Andrews is FPL’s external affairs manager for Washington, Holmes, Calhoun, Jackson and Gadsden Counties. A native of Chipley, Florida, she earned an Associate of Arts degree from Chipola College and a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida A&M University.

Tracy has dedicated 29 years of outstanding service to the company. In her current leadership position, her duties encompass growing, serving, and supporting the local community. She is also responsible for coordinating external outreach for solar energy centers.

Tracy actively serves in several business and community organizations within the region. She is the Board President of the Chipola Area Habitat for Humanity and serves as a Board Member for the Chipley Kiwanis Club, Career Source Chipola, Opportunity Florida, and the Washington County Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, she is the Mayor of the City of Chipley.

Meet Scott Scovill

Scott Scovill has worked for Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) and its sister company, NextEra Energy Resources (NEER), for over 22 years. Scott is currently responsible for developing solar energy projects here in Florida. He has previously worked as a director of business development, responsible for wind energy projects in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Oklahoma, a Financial Analyst, and a Business Manager. 

Scott grew up in Brandon, Florida and relocated to West Palm Beach after serving 10 years in the U.S. Navy. He spent much of his time in the Navy stationed aboard the USS Nimitz CVN-68. He currently resides in Jupiter, Florida and volunteers his time as a member of the Board of Directors for Mounts Botanical Garden of Palm Beach County.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida Atlantic University and a Master of Finance from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
