You are a good fit for the program if:

• You are a residential customer who relies on fixed-income payments (Social Security, disability, retirement benefits, etc.)
• Your electric account is in your name and paid up to date

Keep in mind, if a future billing cycle is less than 31 days, you may see an overlap of charges from your previous and current billing period.
